V 0.2.2 released

In this version, first time map images from OpenSim will be cached.

Also some minor bugfixes (many thanks to Sadakazu) have been done.

If you have installed v 0.2.1 already, you can simply update via the extension manager of Joomla!

The plugin and the modules have not been changed.
