Selectable avatar graphics not showing up

This is regarding the new jOpenSimRegister plugin, I followed the instructions for making selectable avatars via the sign up form. Everything went as expected except the selectable avatar graphics are not showing up on the sign up page, just the radio buttons for selection. I saved the graphics in /path to joonla/images/jopensim/avatars with no success. I also changed permissions on that file.

Please help me enable the avatar graphics to show up on sign up form.

the pictures have to be saved in the format uuid.png or uuid.jpg so for example
/path-to-your-joomla/images/jopensim/avatars/643bb632-aaca-102f-9cd3-001c256a807b.png this would give the picture of me if i was the signup avatar

MAybe there is a size limit? Ours are 50x75 png's

as far as i am aware there is no size limit but then again it could be a issue with your template

Mind that on most server the file name is case sensitive. jOpenSim is looking for images with lower case endings with .jpg or .png.

So 643bb632-aaca-102f-9cd3-001c256a807b.png will be found, but 643bb632-aaca-102f-9cd3-001c256a807b.PNG not.

No that wasn't it. Maybe it is the template. Can you submit a graphic displaying what is suppose to look like? Maybe I'll just end up adding the graphics manually on the page.

Is it running on windows or linux server?

The problem is resolved and thank you for everyone that helped. The problem that was keeping the avatars from shoiwng up were some additonal characters in the graphic file name.
