In my [Const] I do have those settings. Should be fine otherwise maybe other stuff such as map ect would not load either.

You are right, I do have data in os_groups_groups

This is caused by the V2 Groups settings ....and...V2 Offline Messaging Module V2

I did have both group and messaging module on GroupsModule, OfflineMessageModul
no cure and my Offline Messaging broke too.

So I switched back to GroupsModul, Offline Messaging Module V2 to fix my offline messaging.
No cure and indeed - the Offline Messaging Module V2 loads als V2 groups. So this is a mess anyhow to have two modules loaded.

So for the time being I think I switch everything back to V2 to get my offline messaging back again.

I just wait until jOpenSim maybe gets the code up to using V2 modules.

No jOpenSim Groups for me I suppose.

Offline messages works just fine in jopensim, so it is not a jopensim problem ..

You just have to have joomla set to be able to send mail from the site, if that does not work offline does not work ..

I think it is funny that people blame the software that works perfectly fine when configured correctly.

I to be honest I doubt jopensim will ever directly support V2 as there is no really external access module for V2 it is all done internal to the simulator ..

umm yeah but when you use jopensim , IT BECOMES YOUR OFFLINE MODULE, this is how it can show users their unread messages on the website .. Again , need to understand what you are installing ..

I know what jopensim is and what I install. The question is DO I WANT A FEATURE users can read offline IM´s on a website? Actualy, no!

Right now thats no priority. Priority #1 is there get their offline IM´s in game as soon they log in again, Priority #2 they are routed to their registerd email.

Atm it´s abit cumbersome to fiddel around with just one feature all day, try to find ini settings, change/correct them, reboot sims, check again and other things stopped working....

So no groups atm for my jopensim admin panel

Everthing else in jopensim rocks and help here is just awesome!

Which is completely incorrect .. If you do not have outgoing email setup correctly from joomla, offline to IM will not work ..

group module v2 is not the same with jopensim group xmlrpc you need this tables prntscr.com/iotu92
