New:

ability to control last names in a \"deny/allow\" list
sending a message to the grid will now listen to the response of OpenSim and display some message about it

Fixed:

several display problems if no connection to the OpenSim database could be established
memory problem in map display if maps from OpenSim cannot get loaded
