This is to inform about a known issue concerning caching.
When you enable Joomla's caching (no matter if "conservative" or "progressive") it will not update your inworld profile pages (e.g. linked from the friends module).
This seems to be a bug in Joomla's cache (as of current version 3.7.5) and it simply ignores the parameter "uid".
The currently quick fix is only to disable Joomla's caching. But the soon coming version 0.3.0.15 of jOpenSim will have a new switch in it's global config to disable caching for the component only.
