The problem lies in the version of PHP you are using and the opensimulator version. The dll in the JOpenSim component only works on version 0.9.1 and on PHP 7 with PHP8 you have problems with xml-rpc which is no longer supported and at the moment there is no alternative.

For opensimulator version 0.9.3, but still with php 7 you can use github.com/AdilElFarissi/jopensim4.0.4rc2-modules-os0.9.3
