where is Global Configuration

I installed component jopensim 0.2.0 on joomla 1.5 (also 1.7), and i can't see in Components=>JOpenSim=>the the Global Configuration button. What i do wrong? (sorry for my english)

Sorry! I found it! This button located in the right under panel with all buttons!
