Problem with banker account

When using HG, banker account gave startbalance everyone who enter with HG.
Can you check this out and fix it.

Allthough jOpenSim (or in this case rather the addon jOpenSimMoney) is mostly working for HG, it is not intended for it. The banker account does not make any difference if there is a local user or someone from HG and currently there is no plan to change this behaviour.
